Data we process

We process contact details, company information, role or market-entry context, communication content and voluntarily submitted candidate profile information. Candidate CVs or documents are only stored when submitted voluntarily and with documented consent.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to contact requests and business enquiries.
• Preparing commercial search or market-entry conversations.
• Managing voluntary candidate profiles and documented consent.
• Operating ViaNorte Radar for internal research and signal review.
• Complying with legal, tax and audit obligations.

Depending on the case, processing is based on consent, pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations or legitimate interests in running a specialised B2B advisory business.

ViaNorte Radar and public sources

Radar is designed to monitor public company and career-page signals, not protected personal profiles. It must not bypass logins, captchas, technical access controls or platform restrictions, and it must not scrape protected LinkedIn, Xing or freelancer profiles.

Candidate matching

Matching is used as a consultant-support tool only. No candidate is automatically rejected, hired or finally ranked by automated logic. Human review remains mandatory.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept only as long as required for the conversation and related legal obligations. Candidate profiles are stored according to the consent record and configured retention period, and can be deleted or anonymised on request where legally possible.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.

Processors and hosting

The website is intended to run on Vercel. ViaNorte Radar uses Supabase for authentication, database and private candidate-document storage. Only necessary server-side secrets may be configured in the deployment environment.
